Job description

GT, a leading multi-physics CAE simulation software provider, develops a suite of integrated solutions that guides and accelerates the engineering transformation of today’s products in the transportation, power generation, and industrial equipment industries.

At Gamma Technologies, our people are the driving force behind our success who share our passion for authentic innovation, trusted partnerships, bold decisions, and a relentless focus on customer success. We are looking for an AI Engineer to support the development of our Intelligence Studio product family-GenAI-enabled tools for GT-SUITE built on AWS Bedrock.

What You Will Do

We are seeking a creative and motivated engineer to join our AI/ML development team whose contributions will directly power GT’s Intelligent Studio, our suite of GenAI-driven capabilities aimed at accelerating productivity and insight.

In this role, you will build intelligent features and autonomous workflows that enhance user experiences in GT-SUITE, our engineering simulation platform. You will work with large language models (LLMs), agentic frameworks, and orchestration tools to develop next-generation interfaces and intelligent assistants that support engineering workflows.

  • Architect and implement agentic AI systems using frameworks such as MCP, Claude Agent SDK, LangGraph, or Amazon Strands.
  • Build robust orchestration and automation workflows integrating multi-agent capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain pipelines for training, benchmarking, validating, and deploying LLMs and autonomous agents into production environments.
  • Conduct prompt engineering and fine-tuning of LLMs for domain-specific tasks.
  • Evaluate and iterate model performance based on metrics and user feedback.
  • Integrate AI capabilities with GT-SUITE and related engineering tools via APIs, SDKs, and microservices.
  • Ensure software quality through clean, maintainable, and optimized code, including support for efficient inference.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies in GenAI, LLM orchestration, and autonomous agents.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
  • 1-3+ years of industry experience in NLP, LLMs, or GenAI solution development.
  • Proven experience delivering at least one end-to-end production deployment of an LLM or agentic AI system.
  • Strong expertise in GenAI orchestration strategies, multi-agent workflows, and high-performance model integration.
  • Hands‑on experience with Python (primary), with working knowledge of C++ preferred for optimized inference.
  • Understanding of RAG pipelines, vector databases, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver well‑architected solutions independently and within teams.
  • Research or publication experience in AI/ML is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AWS Bedrock or similar GenAI cloud platforms; basic cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP). [preferred but not required]
What We Can Offer You
  • Competitive total rewards program with health and financial benefits (401K and profit sharing).
  • Flexible work options. This role will require you to be in the office 60% of the time.
  • Generous vacation, sick days, holidays and including parental leave.
  • Onsite fitness center.
  • Growth and development opportunities.
  • The expected annual base salary range for this role is $110,00 - $120,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
