Job summary

Dassault Systemes is seeking an AI Software Engineer to help deploy Leo, our AI assistant, within the 3DX structural simulation apps. You will automate simulation setup steps, build prototypes, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.

The role focuses on deploying AI, improving performance, and writing high-quality code while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering with AI education.
• Proficient in Python and/or C++.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and integrate Leo and other AI assistants built on LLMs.
• Automate manual simulation steps via prompt-driven execution.
• Build prototypes to evaluate new AI technologies.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on AI solutions.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and tooling, participate in reviews.
• Analyze performance, feedback, and usage metrics for optimization.
• Troubleshoot issues and contribute to software quality.
