Job summary

RSC2, Inc. is seeking an AI Engineer in Hanover, MD to provide technical support for AI-enabled applications. This full-time role involves guiding teams using modern AI techniques and collaborating closely with engineers and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 15 years with a Master’s degree.
• Experience with AI application design, prototyping, integration, and evaluation.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide SETA support for government teams on AI applications.
• Advise on technical approaches to AI application design and evaluation.
• Collaborate with platform engineers on AI efforts.

Skills

Active TS SCI with CI Polygraph security clearance

Designing, building, integrating, or evaluating AI/ML-enabled applications

Familiarity with LLM-based applications and RAG

Working knowledge of agentic or orchestration frameworks

Software development fundamentals, APIs, and data handling

Assessing technical tradeoffs

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field

Master’s degree in relevant field is preferred
