Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, computer engineering, math or related field with a Machine Learning or AI concentration.
Experience using Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Foundry and Copilot technologies.
Experience integrating Copilot Studio agents with backend services via Power Automate, Azure Functions, APIs, and connectors.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to gather requirements for AI capabilities in a higher education setting.
Design, develop, test, and maintain AI applications using low-code Microsoft tools.
Integrate AI functionality into university systems using the Microsoft tech stack.
Design and implement multi-agent elements in the Microsoft ecosystem.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in custom and third‑party apps.
Monitor system health, analyze logs, and implement fixes as needed.
Maintain secure access patterns, authentication, and data protection for AI apps on Azure.
