Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced AI Engineer / Data Engineer / Python Developer to design, build and deploy Python-based AI/LLM applications using FastAPI/Flask. You will develop REST APIs, scalable enterprise solutions, and AI-powered data analytics platforms while optimizing data pipelines for performance.

You will collaborate with Risk stakeholders, provide architectural guidance, and mentor engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS or equivalent.
• 8+ years software engineering experience.
• Design, build, and deploy Python AI/LLM apps.
• Experience with REST APIs and scalable enterprise solutions.
• Strong data engineering fundamentals and SQL modelling.
• Proven leadership and mentorship abilities.

Required Skills

• Strong Python development with FastAPI or Flask.
• Experience building production-grade AI/LLM applications.
• Solid SQL, data modeling, and data engineering fundamentals.
• Expertise in concurrency, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
• Experience with testing, production support, and system reliability.
• Strong architectural design and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Agentic AI, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, or Talk-to-Data solutions.
