Job summary

BetterMe is hiring an AI Engineer to build AI agents that transform engineering workflows. You will automate routine tasks, refine requirements, code, and test using leading AI tools, and drive team velocity with AI-driven solutions.

You’ll establish best practices and act as an Engineering × AI multiplier across teams. You should have at least 1+ year of hands-on AI/LLM experience, a strong software engineering background, and familiarity with multi-agent systems and RAG architectures.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on experience building and integrating AI/LLM solutions.
• Strong Software Engineering, AQA, SDET or DevOps background.
• Practical experience with Context Engineering and RAG architectures.
• Experience building multi-agent systems (n8n, Claude Code, Agents SDK, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with coding agents (Cursor, ClaudeCode, Codex).
• Ability to operate autonomously and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents for engineers that transform development workflows.
• Automate routine engineering tasks (requirements refinement, coding, testing).
• Improve team velocity and reduce manual effort through AI-driven solutions.
• Create internal best-practices guidelines for building and scaling AI agents.
• Act as an Engineering × AI multiplier across teams.
