This remote, asynchronous role focuses on designing and evaluating AI and ML inference scenarios, GPU kernel performance tasks, and ML systems behaviors used to test model judgment. You will review model reasoning, identify correctness and failure modes, and record your reasoning to help produce reliable training data.

Role Focus

• Design challenging, realistic tasks for model inference, GPU kernels, and ML systems performance that reflect production practice
• Assess model outputs for correctness, sound reasoning, and subtle failure modes
• Document reasoning in a clear, auditable format so another engineer can review and validate the judgment

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Compensation and Work Setup

• Salary: USD 115 to 135 per hour
• Payment schedule: paid weekly
• Location: Davie, FL (remote)
