Cognizant is seeking a Business & Data Analyst to join the IOA practice, focusing on AI-powered automation and data-driven solutions. Ideal candidates will design full-stack AI apps, deploy across AWS, GCP, and Azure, and build robust data pipelines for scalable analytics.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business analysts and staying current with AI frameworks in a fast-moving landscape, with opportunities to influence revenue growth through intelligent automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in computer science, data science, AI, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud AI platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficiency in Python; experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agentic frameworks preferred.
• Experience with data engineering tools (Spark, Airflow, Kafka) and ML frameworks (PyTorch, Scikit-learn) is a plus.
• Ability to work across cloud and on-prem environments and adapt to a fast-moving AI landscape.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI applications using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG pipelines.
• Deploy agentic AI solutions across AWS, GCP, and Azure platforms.
• Develop data pipelines with Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Spark, Airflow, and Kafka.
• Apply ML and NLG techniques and deploy models via Azure ML, SageMaker, or Vertex AI.
• Work with large-scale data platforms (Azure Synapse, Databricks SQL) to support training and analytics.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate client requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Stay updated on evolving AI frameworks and cloud-native tools.
