About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic AI Engineer to join our growing AI team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to build intelligent applications using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Machine Learning. You will work alongside experienced engineers to develop, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions that solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI-powered applications using modern AI frameworks.
• Build and integrate solutions using Large Language Models (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, etc.).
• Assist in developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI agents.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code.
• Integrate AI models with web applications and REST APIs.
• Perform prompt engineering and optimize AI model outputs.
• Work with structured and unstructured data for AI applications.
• Debug, test, and improve AI solutions based on performance metrics.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver AI features.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and Machine Learning.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 0 3 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Development (internships and academic projects are welcome).
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts and NLP.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Knowledge of AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar is a plus.
• Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Familiarity with Git and version control.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new AI technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or other LLM APIs.
• Basic understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Chroma, Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate.
• Knowledge of FastAPI or Flask.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Docker is an added advantage.
• Personal AI projects, hackathons, internships, or GitHub contributions.
