Our client, a venture-backed AI company, is hiring an AI Engineer to join their R&D team in New York. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI technologies, working on innovative projects that integrate the latest advancements in machine learning and code generation.

Responsibilities

1. Investigate and evaluate the performance of different LLMs in tool usage and code generation.
2. Create tools and APIs to improve LLM capabilities in generating and enhancing GPU kernels.
3. Develop programming solutions using C/C++ and Python.

Skillset

1. Proficient in programming with C/C++ and Python.
2. Experience in developing AI agents that utilize LLMs and external tools.
3. Familiarity with training and deploying ML models.
4. Bonus points for demonstrated experience with kernel optimization on CUDA, ROCm, or other accelerators.
5. In-depth knowledge of GPU performance optimization techniques is a plus.
