What You'll Build

You’ll own the design and development of AI applications that automate real business workflows, including:

• Intelligent document and email processing
• Workflow automation
• AI copilots for internal teams
• Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) applications
• Agentic AI solutions
• Enterprise AI integrations using commercial LLMs

The ideal person has

• Built production AI applications from the ground up.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience designing scalable backend systems.
• Hands‑on RAG and Agentic AI experience.
• Experience integrating GPT, Claude, or similar LLMs.
• A product mindset with an eye toward usability and business impact.

Compensation

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $65–78 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
