Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking an AI Enablement Sr. Manager to accelerate responsible, measurable AI adoption across Marketing, Sales and Client Experience. This role combines hands-on AI expertise with program leadership to scale AI-enabled operations.

You will lead the department's AI Center of Excellence, develop custom GPTs and AI agents, manage training and champions programs, and partner with IT, Legal, Risk and business stakeholders to advance Baker Tilly Marketing’s AI roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8 years of experience in marketing operations, sales enablement, CX enablement, digital transformation, AI enablement or related roles.
• Experience translating AI strategy into roadmaps, governance standards and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test and maintain AI GPTs and agents across Marketing, Sales and Client Experience.
• Lead AI strategy, governance and Center of Excellence for marketing, sales and CX.
• Design and deliver AI training, enablement and champion programs; ensure responsible AI practices.
• Partner with IT, Legal, Risk, Brand and business units to align AI initiatives with priorities.
