  • Work with Data Architecture and AI team to assess use-cases, determine build requirements, apply prioritization, and assign resources.
  • Maintain a centralized view of AI initiatives, ensuring visibility, coordination, and governance.
  • Define and track value realization metrics (e.g., efficiency, cost savings, cycle time improvements).
  • Partner closely with project teams and functional stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify AI-enabled solutions. Translate business needs into implementable use cases, ensuring solutions are practical and value-driven.
  • Deliver AI solutions in a controlled and scalable manner, including AI agents and co-pilot, low-code and no-code applications, automation and lightweight models.
  • Identify and promote reuse of solutions across projects and functions, reducing duplication and maximizing value by working across GBUs, projects, and functions to identify overlapping needs and shared opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver guidance, best practices, and training to support broader AI adoption.
  • Build internal capability for low-code/no-code and AI solution development.
  • Enabling and driving adoption of Data governance best practices with the business.
  • Support broader information management and digital enablement activities within the GBU as needed, including data governance, reporting, and analytics initiatives.

Required Knowledge and Skills
  • Proven experience in AI, digital enablement, analytics, or project delivery environments.
  • Significant experience in engineering, construction, or project delivery with a proven drive for Continuous Improvement, systems-based approaches, and digital enablement.
