Job summary

RGP is seeking a curious AI Enablement Consultant to support the Chief AI Officer in accelerating AI adoption and transformation across the organization. This early-career role emphasizes applying AI tools to real problems, synthesizing information, and turning ideas into action in both internal initiatives and select client work.

Fully remote with EST zone preference, base pay ranges from $65,600 to $85,000 plus incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; recent graduates and candidates with up to two years of experience encouraged to apply.
• Genuine enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and its practical applications in a business context.
• Comfort and fluency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar, with a willingness to continuously explore and adopt new technologies.
• Strong research, writing, and synthesis skills with the ability to turn complex information into clear, structured outputs.
• A proactive, self-directed work style with the ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver with minimal oversight.
• Intellectual curiosity and adaptability — open to learning new subject matter quickly and approaching challenges without preconceived notions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the maturity to work alongside senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chief AI Officer in day-to-day priorities, serving as a proactive right hand in coordinating workstreams, managing information flow, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Research, synthesize, and distill information on AI trends, tools, and organizational transformation practices into clear, actionable deliverables.
• Conduct interviews and gather insights from internal and external stakeholders to support AI strategy development and benchmarking.
• Leverage AI tools, including large language models and other emerging technologies, to accelerate your own work and serve as an internal resource on AI tool adoption.
• Support the development of presentations, frameworks, and other materials that communicate AI strategy and progress to internal audiences.
• Contribute to select external client-facing AI enablement initiatives as needed.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve how the team operates, bringing new tools, processes, or ideas to the table.

About This Role

We are seeking a curious, adaptable, and tech-forward AI Enablement Consultant to support our Chief AI Officer in accelerating AI adoption and transformation across the organization. Base Pay Range: $65,600 - $85,000
