Randstad USA is seeking a 6-month co-op for MilliporeSigma in Massachusetts. The role focuses on practical AI adoption within an ERP transformation, coordinating pilots, and building guidance for teams.

8 AM–5 PM schedule, salary of $25–$32 per hour, with education in a related program and co-op eligibility. The candidate should be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program and have interest in AI, data, or digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program related to Data Analyst, Data Science, AI, Project Managment or any related program.
• Eligible for a six-month Co-op placement.
• Interest or coursework in AI, data, or digital transformation.
• Familiarity with project-management basics; strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• SAP/ERP exposure is helpful but not required. Prior professional experience is not required.

Responsabilités

• Identify and prioritize AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, risks, and data availability.
• Coordinate approved pilots by tracking actions, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder input.
• Create practical guidance and learning materials to support AI adoption.
• Track progress, outcomes, and lessons learned; prepare concise stakeholder updates.
• Maintain project documentation and follow security, privacy, compliance, and responsible-use requirements.
• Support SAP/ERP-related activities as needed; SAP knowledge is an advantage, not a requirement.

Role summary
