Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an AI Platform Enablement Analyst in Fort Mill, SC. You will help engineering teams adopt AI by building foundational tools, starter kits, and reference implementations to speed AI-enabled product delivery.

You will create reusable patterns, templates, and samples, while documenting platform capabilities and onboarding resources to ensure consistent adoption across teams. Strong collaboration with product and engineering is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/engineering.
• 7-12 years experience developing backend services, APIs, or developer platforms.
• 7-12 years experience creating reusable libraries, SDKs, templates, or internal frameworks.
• 2-3 years working knowledge of AI or ML-powered application development.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable SDKs, sample applications, and reference implementations to support AI-enabled software development.
• Create developer tooling that supports local development, testing, evaluation, debugging, and deployment of AI workloads.
• Translate platform capabilities into clear technical documentation, implementation guides, and onboarding resources.
• Develop templates and examples for AI use cases such as chat assistants, summarization, RAG, and agent-based workflows.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to support adoption and promote scalable AI solutions.
• Gather feedback from early adopters and improve tools, docs, and developer experience.
• Support internal demos, workshops, hackathons, and innovation initiatives showcasing AI capabilities.

Your work will directly impact how quickly teams can design, build, and ship AI-enabled products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7-12 years experience developing backend services, APIs, or developer platforms. Preferred Python or Java
• 7-12 years experience creating reusable libraries, SDKs, templates, or internal frameworks used by other engineers
• 2-3 years working knowledge of AI or machine-learning-powered application development

Pay Range
