Job summary

KAAR Infotech Private Limited seeks an AI-enabled Technical Project Manager to bridge technology and project delivery. You will guide end-to-end execution, lead development teams, and drive client outcomes with hands-on C#, .NET, and Azure expertise.

The role requires 5+ years in technical project management, strong SDLC and Agile experience, and the use of AI coding tools to accelerate development and delivery. Remote-based with flexible split-shift timings in IST.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or lead software delivery.
• Hands-on software development experience in C#, .NET, and Azure.
• Strong grasp of SDLC, agile methodologies, and delivery processes.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from planning to final sign-off.
• Bridge tech and business teams to ensure client outcomes.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, technically driven professional who can bridge the gap between technology and project delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on expertise in .NET and Azure, takes ownership of end-to-end project execution, leads development teams, and drives successful client outcomes. A passion for solving complex technical challenges and leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate development and delivery is essential.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, technical leadership, or end-to-end software delivery, with proven experience managing development teams and project execution.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, and Azure Cloud Services (IaaS & PaaS).
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, resource management, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Remain technically hands-on with coding, troubleshooting, code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
• Lead development teams, resolve technical challenges, and ensure quality delivery.
• Manage client communication, stakeholder expectations, requirements, and escalations.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, project management, and delivery processes.
• Experience leveraging GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI tools for coding, testing, documentation, and delivery efficiency.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
