Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript.
• Strong backend development with C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, MVC frameworks.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.
• Proven design skills: system design, design patterns, security architecture, scalable distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operate modern web apps using Next.js, React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Build scalable backend services with C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and .NET tech.
• Deliver secure, enterprise apps supporting payroll, tax, immigration, and other workflows.
• Design reusable UI components, libraries, and design systems.
• Build and operate cloud-native solutions using Azure PaaS, secure deployment, identity, observability.
• Architect and implement Next.js App Router, Zones, Webpack Module Federation, monorepos.
• Lead AI-enabled workflows, including AI-assisted development and integration of AI capabilities into prod apps.
• Mentor teams, align with Product and Client teams, promote best practices across dev, test, deploy, and operate.
