Job summary

Worky is seeking a .NET Full Stack Developer in the United States to contribute to the development of KeyMark Labs' product portfolio, including Forms InMotion and Relay. You will collaborate with customers, partners, and stakeholders to shape requirements and deliver robust software solutions.

The role emphasizes applying AI-assisted development tools, maintaining code quality, and driving alignment with business objectives across multiple products and platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field required.
• 5-7 years of full stack development experience highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Claude Code preferred.
• Claude Certified Developer (CCDV-F) certification strongly preferred.
• Prior experience working in a team-oriented application development environment.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) preferred.
• Hyland OnBase experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Work closely with KeyMark’s development partner to ensure alignment with KeyMark’s business objectives.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable systems using .NET technologies, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Perform unit testing and fix bugs or other coding issues
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and provide innovative software solutions
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promote code quality, security, and performance optimization
