You will collaborate with scientists and product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and contribute to the modern data stack powering drug discovery. You will evaluate models, optimize performance, and stay current with AI techniques while participating in architectural decisions and code reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 1–3 years of AI/ML experience.
• Strong foundation in statistics and ML theory.
• Proficiency in ML performance optimization and scalable systems.
