Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking an AI-Centric Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and support AI-enabled applications and intelligent automation. You will apply strong software engineering fundamentals to assemble, integrate, and operationalize AI capabilities into production systems, owning full-stack solutions end-to-end with strong software fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• 3+ years of production-grade full stack/backend experience with API design and data persistence.
• Hands-on with cloud-native technologies, CI/CD, containerization, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, storage design.
• AI-enabled applications experience, including custom AI agents and RAG-based systems.
• Prompt engineering, Vibe Coding, AI tool integration, and evaluating AI system reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full stack applications and platform services; own end-to-end solutions.
• Develop and implement custom AI agents for workflow automation and decision support.
• Integrate AI services, LLMs, embeddings, search tech, and external tools via secure APIs.
• Build MCP-based integrations for structured communication between AI models, tools, and business systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable solutions.
• Apply AI-assisted development practices ensuring code quality, security, and maintainability.
• Harden AI components for 24x7 manufacturing systems with high reliability and observability.
