Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Seattle is seeking consultants to shape enterprise technology and platform strategies, embedding AI into large-scale transformations and guiding organizations toward modern, product-centric, and cloud-enabled operating models.

You will partner CIOs and senior technology leaders to deliver board-ready roadmaps and investment cases, advise on IT and product-centric operating models, and lead AI-enabled transformation initiatives across CRM, ERP, cloud, and data platforms.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in strategy consulting or technology advisory with meaningful client delivery exposure
• Foundations in platform strategy, enterprise architecture, or large-scale technology transformation
• Knowledge of cloud strategy beyond lift-and-shift, including how cloud enables innovation and AI
• Exposure to AI architecture and how AI integrates with data platforms and enterprise applications
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, executive-level recommendations

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise technology and platform strategies across CRM, ERP, cloud, AI, and digital ecosystems
• Lead strategy engagements (≈12 weeks) delivering board-ready roadmaps and investment business cases
• Embed AI into transformation initiatives, including AI architecture and integration into core systems
• Advise on IT and product-centric operating models, agile delivery, and AI-driven environments
• Shape cloud strategies focused on optimization, innovation, and AI/data leverage
