Qualifications

• 3–5 years building analytical Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Strong SQL with hands-on experience querying Oracle databases.
• Experience consuming SSAS multidimensional cubes from Power BI, including MDX.
• SSRS report development or maintenance experience.
• Hands‑on use of AI tools in your development work, and a genuine interest in AI features into reports.
• An analytical mindset and ability to frame insight for decision‑making.
• A strong communicator who partners with non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working on-site at a manufacturing mill.

Responsibilities

• Power BI dashboards and reports covering trend, variance, cost, and margin analysis with drill-through, drill-down, parameters, and dynamic filtering.
• Semantic models that hold up: accurate measures and KPIs, multi-site, multi-currency, imperial/metric, aligned to naming conventions.
• SQL against Oracle EBS and MES to source, validate, and shape data; publish-ready data.
• Develop against SSAS multidimensional cube for cross-ERP sales and margin analysis.
• Maintain and rationalize current SSRS reports as the future state takes shape.
• AI in production: integrate AI into Power BI and internal apps; natural-language Q&A, automated insights, anomaly detection.
• Listen first; partner with stakeholders to understand goals and deliver recommendations, not just charts.
• Trust in the numbers: data accuracy, documentation, and version control; production-ready and hand-off-ready.
