You will work alongside a renowned AI patent expert, manage sophisticated portfolios, mentor junior staff, and contribute to policy and practice development within a fast‑growing, merit-based environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of dedicated US patent prosecution experience.
• Master’s degree required; Ph.D. strongly preferred.
• Active registration with the USPTO required (JD not required).
• AI/ML architectures and applications experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prosecute high-quality US and international patent applications across AI/ML, software, semiconductors, AR/VR, medical devices, and diagnostics.
• Draft patent claims independently, respond to Office Actions, and conduct FTO searches.
• Lead disclosure meetings with inventors to identify patentable subject matter and align portfolios with business goals.
• Participate in firm scaling and mentorship of junior technical staff.
