Kizen, an AI-powered platform company, is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead discovery and delivery, architect AI-driven solutions, and work closely with senior leadership to shape client engagements in a fast-growing environment.

You will deconstruct legacy workflows, collaborate with clients, and deliver measurable outcomes through structured problem solving and platform configurations.

Qualifications

6+ years in discovery, implementation, process engineering, or technical consulting roles.
Sector Expertise: Insurance industry experience.
Builder mentality to redesign complex business processes into actionable platform configurations.
Consulting rigor: lead structured stakeholder discussions & manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

Discovery & Delivery Execution: lead discovery phases, workshops, and configure workflows within the Kizen platform.
Platform-Led Solutioning: translate needs into structured maps and lightweight prototypes to prove value early.
Outcome Ownership: focus on speed to value, cost reduction, and platform adoption.
Documentation & Standardization: produce BRDs and process maps; contribute to reusable delivery playbooks.
