• Own end-to-end feature delivery: requirements, architecture, testing, bring-up, and maintenance.
• Pioneer AI-native development practices within the team and establish agent-based workflows.
• Debug and root-cause complex issues on target hardware with AI-assisted log/trace analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with systems, hardware, test, and integration teams.
• Mentor peers on embedded fundamentals and AI-native engineering techniques.
