Job summary

Swift is seeking a senior cybersecurity professional to lead the AI-enabled Vulnerability Management program in Virginia. You will shape the AI strategy, drive CTEM adoption, and oversee remediation prioritization using machine learning and threat intelligence.

Collaboration across SOC, Asset Management, and Engineering will be essential to embed insights into operations. You will evaluate new AI platforms, design automated workflows, and build integrations with ServiceNow VR and other data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in security.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability assessment and management platforms (Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, ServiceNow VR).
• Experience applying AI/ML techniques to cybersecurity use cases.
• Knowledge of CTEM, threat intelligence, and risk-based vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Vulnerability Management AI strategy and roadmap.
• Provide leadership on AI applications to improve security outcomes and efficiency.
• Design and implement AI-enabled vulnerability discovery, prioritization, remediation, and reporting.
• Build intelligent automation for triage, assignment, and exception handling.
• Develop integrations with ServiceNow VR and other data sources to enrich findings.
• Collaborate with SOC, Threat Intelligence, and Asset Management to embed AI insights into workflows.
• Define and track KPIs for remediation effectiveness and security patching.
