Insurance Council of Texas is seeking a hands-on Graphic Designer & Project Coordinator to transform complex insurance and policy topics into clear visuals. You will lead design across materials, website visuals, and event graphics while integrating AI to streamline production and maintain brand integrity.

The role is hybrid in Austin with a requirement to work in the ICT Austin office several times per month.

Qualifications

• At least three years of professional graphic design, visual communications, or creative production experience.

Responsabilités

• Design professional, engaging materials for print and digital use across multiple formats.
• Serve as the website design lead, ensuring visuals are accessible and mobile-friendly.
• Translate complex insurance and policy topics into clear, visual content for diverse audiences.
• Create data visualizations, charts, and infographics.
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials.
• Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with printers and vendors.
• Conduct quality control to ensure accuracy and polish.
• Lead AI-assisted creative workflows and evaluate new tools for efficiency.
• Develop prompts and AI processes with human review for brand integrity.
• Help establish responsible AI practices for the team.
