Job summary

Modern Urologist / Advanced Physicians is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join a high-tech, AI-enabled, office-based urology practice serving New York City, Forest Hills, and Brooklyn.

The PA will provide evaluation, management, and longitudinal care with strong physician support, opportunities for in-office procedures and diagnostics, and a pathway for professional growth. Primary locations include Midtown Manhattan, Forest Hills, Queens, and Brooklyn.

Qualifications

• Licensed PA with current NY licensure or eligibility.
• NCCPA certification or eligible status required.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and professionalism essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, manage, document, follow up, and provide longitudinal care for urology patients.
• Conduct independent patient visits when appropriate and prepare procedures.
• Review diagnostics, manage medications, educate patients, and coordinate care.
• Participate in clinical protocols and ongoing quality improvement.
