Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Solution Delivery.
• 3+ years in Telecommunications industry.
• Proven experience leading large enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum/SAFe or similar frameworks.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in complex environments.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled products or business solutions.
• Familiarity with Generative AI platforms and LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Translate customer and market needs into scalable product requirements.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and value propositions for new products.
• Leverage AI, automation, analytics to improve customer experiences and efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
• Create roadmaps, prioritization, release planning, and backlog management.
• Gather requirements, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, plan sprints.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and operations for successful implementation.
• Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders.
• Present strategy and progress to executive leadership.
• Act as primary product owner for assigned initiatives.
