Job summary

Deloitte Global is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead AI-enabled products from discovery through adoption. You will partner with business, engineering, and delivery teams to shape valuable, viable, usable, and feasible solutions using generative AI and agentic tools.

You will define strategy, roadmap, and success metrics, lead PoC efforts, and translate requirements into actionable backlogs while balancing value, feasibility, data, security, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in technical product management or related roles.
• Experience leading products from discovery to adoption.
• Fluent in data flows, cloud architecture, security, and enterprise constraints.
• Ability to translate needs into measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on prototyping with Python/JavaScript; data skills using SQL/NoSQL.
• Experience with generative AI to accelerate research and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to capture user workflows and business needs.
• Co-create product vision, roadmap, and backlog with stakeholders.
• Drive proof-of-concept efforts to test value and feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering on approaches, trade-offs, and risks.
• Document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Bridge product intent and technical execution for adoption.
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate research and prototyping.
• Ensure AI outputs are reliable, explainable, and governed.
• Guide transition from concept to implementation and rollout.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery and manage milestones.
