C-4 Analytics is hiring an AI Business Systems Engineer for our Wakefield, MA office. You will serve as a cross‑functional builder to apply AI across the company, from Sales to Finance, designing end‑to‑end systems and hands‑on AI workflows.

Expect to map processes, remove bottlenecks, and translate ambiguous business needs into practical architectures. The role demands 4+ years shipping production solutions and fluency with APIs and AI models in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must‑Have experience building cross‑functional systems and strong familiarity with AI models.
• Experience with automation platforms and APIs, plus excellent communication.
• Nice‑to‑have background in operations/consulting and CRM/data platforms.
• Light scripting (Python/JavaScript) is a plus.

Responsibilities
