Entrata, a global leader in AI‑powered property management technology, seeks a Product Manager - Sustainability to shape product direction in utilities by turning building energy data into sustainability outcomes.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Services to align customer needs with the roadmap and to drive initiatives like Building Performance Standards and ESG metric verification, leveraging AI tooling and structured research.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product management or related software roles.
• Experience with AI‑driven research and requirement generation.
• Ability to design multi‑step prompts and structured prompts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support long‑term product strategy and vision with market insights.
• Contribute to product value statements and performance metrics.
• Participate in market validation through customer conversations and research.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog aligned with strategy.
• Draft epics, user stories, and detailed requirements.
• Prepare materials for roadmap discussions and present findings.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to deliver updates and go‑to‑market use cases.
• Provide product information and training support to Sales and Services.
• Review feature requests for viability, scope, and alignment.
• Assist in process improvements in coordination with Services.
• Leverage AI to enhance research, drafting, and analysis workflows.
• Design multi‑step prompts and structured prompts for AI research.
• Integrate AI tooling and automation to improve delivery.
• Evaluate AI outputs for drift, hallucinations, bias; adjust prompts.
