Job summary

o9 Solutions seeks a seasoned Solution Architect specializing in supply planning to lead requirements, data modeling, and platform design for enterprise planning. You will drive end-to-end delivery, collaborate with R&D and IT, and ensure scalable, data-driven decisions across client environments.

The role emphasizes advanced analytics, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on configuration of o9 platforms to solve complex operations challenges in a fast-growing, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, OR a Master’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Degrees in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields with concentration in operations, supply chain, or analytics.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in complex supply chain/logistics.
• Experience leading a team through full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation.
• Prior experience configuring and deploying advanced planning systems with exposure to ERP tools.
• Proven track record of using Agile methodologies for large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Excellent ability to present and translate complex topics clearly to executives and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead process and business requirements sessions leveraging supply planning best practices.
• Identify, collect, and map enterprise data for forecasting and planning.
• Design scalable platform architectures for supply planning workflows.
• Configure technical specifications and tool configurations in the o9 platform.
• Apply mathematical models, predictive methods, and optimization algorithms to large datasets.
• Create time-series forecasts and robust operational plans.
• Collaborate with internal R&D, IT, and stakeholders to deploy solutions.
• Design robust testing protocols and drive automated testing with junior analysts.
• Plan and deliver Super User and End User training for a global user base.
