Pentair is seeking a Supply Chain Financial Analyst to join our Golden Valley, MN team. You will strengthen monthly reporting, deliver financial and operational insights, and support data-driven decisions across Supply and Finance.

You will also lead commodity index outlook activities to assess risk and improve planning accuracy. The role requires a strong foundation in finance, analytics, and reporting, with expertise in Power BI and SQL.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, analytics, statistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of analytical experience with strong financial reporting and data analytics skills.
• Experience with month-end reporting, financial reporting cycles, and commodity index forecasting.
• Proficiency with Power BI and modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric; experience with TM1, Python, SQL, or SAP HANA is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across functions and levels of the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Global Supply Process Excellence Leader and cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and analytical capabilities.
• Own the monthly supply chain reporting process, ensuring outputs are timely, accurate, and actionable.
• Research, troubleshoot, and validate complex data by reviewing source data, SQL logic, ERP configuration, and business rules.
• Develop commodity index forecasts to support procurement decisions, pricing strategies, and business planning.
• Analyze cost trends and performance drivers to help Supply and Finance teams identify improvement opportunities.
• Build indicators, dashboards, and insights that help leaders monitor performance and act proactively.
• Apply AI and advanced analytics to identify trends, detect anomalies, and model potential business scenarios.
