Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Agentforce Success Architect to drive successful outcomes for strategic customers by leveraging your expertise in AI-driven agent design, orchestration, and automation.

You will work with data foundations like Data360 to ground agents in trusted data, engage with senior stakeholders, and shape architecture, performance, and solution design across sales, service, and marketing. Office-flexible with three days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• Analyses, designs, and optimizes business processes focused on agent architecture and automation.
• Understanding of AI agent design principles and how data affects agent performance.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams from Developer to Executive.
• Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging AI and agentic technologies.
• Degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Agentforce SME for the broader Success Architect organization and data foundations.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to optimize technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design for Agentforce.
• Identify capability gaps for standard product or custom Architect solutions.
• Facilitate executive discussions translating technical concepts to business value and ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with the engagement catalog for Agentforce customers.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to drive growth.
• Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
