Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a senior Strategy & Planning professional in the United States to translate visions into actionable priorities and AI-enabled planning frameworks. You will lead cross-functional optimization and present data-driven recommendations to executives.

The role emphasizes investment strategy, resource optimization, and long-range planning with scenario modeling to ensure durable business outcomes and strategic continuity.

Competenze

• 8+ years with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years with a Master’s, or 3+ years with a PhD in related fields.
• Experience leading market and competitive analysis using advanced analytics or AI-enabled tools.
• Experience developing business plans, forecasts, and scenario models to evaluate investment trade-offs.
• Experience managing digital transformation initiatives or recurring revenue business models.
