Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or corporate development.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and maintain financial models for corporate development.
• Support end-to-end live transactions, including due diligence.
• Design and build reusable AI-enabled workflows.
