Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience developing software applications or services.
• Strong coding skills in one or more object-oriented languages: Java, Python, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on exposure to Generative AI — building with LLM APIs, prompt/context engineering, RAG/retrieval, or agent frameworks.
• Proficiency using AI-assisted development tools as part of daily workflow and ability to verify outputs.
• SDLC understanding and experience with REST/JSON APIs and integrations.
• Unit testing and Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Working knowledge of SQL; experience with Spark/Kafka is a plus.
• Familiarity with AWS or GCP and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of high-quality software for the Mid-Market intelligence platform — requirements, design, code, tests, and documentation.
• 80-95% hands-on coding, using AI-driven development tools and agents.
• Build features of AI-native product experiences — agentic workflows, retrieval pipelines, tool integrations, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Participate in peer reviews of estimates, designs, and code; evaluate AI-powered features via tests and datasets.
• Resolve defects during QA, pre-production, production, and post-release patches using logs and metrics.
• Monitor features after launch with instrumentation and customer signals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PM, design, AI scientists, platform teams, and other units.
