Qualifications

• BS+ in Computer Science (or related) with strong fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Implement agents, MCP servers, and supporting services.
• Develop retrieval systems for accurate context from codebases.
• Build compile/test/evaluate pipelines for AI-generated changes.
• Collaborate on experiments to improve AI-driven workflows.

Skills

High-level programming languages (Java or Python)

Strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures

Experience with development tools for production systems

Strong communication skills

Curiosity about AI and LLM applications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
