Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in CS, cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in vulnerability research or related security roles.
• Evidence of original security research or high-signal technical output (CVEs, bug bounties, papers, GitHub projects).
• Strong programming skills; knowledge of OS, networks, software vulnerability classes, and exploitation/validation techniques.
• Experience designing reproducible security experiments, including target setup and evaluation metrics.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to document methods, evidence, limitations, reproduction steps, impact and remediation.

• Identify high-impact security problems and build reliable harnesses and evaluation pipelines.
• Analyze large-scale vulnerability data and drive projects to concrete outcomes (validated findings, reports, CVEs).
• Design, build, and improve AI/security harnesses for vulnerability research and reproducibility.
• Perform in-depth technical analysis across real-world software, including reverse engineering, fuzzing, patch analysis, and PoC validation.
• Develop reusable research infrastructure (target setups, harnesses, evaluation metrics, reporting workflows).
• Produce high-quality research artifacts and maintainable security tooling.
