Zusammenfassung

Plaid is seeking a Security Compliance Lead to own and evolve Plaid's core security compliance program, including SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 27701. You will drive governance obligations, prepare evidence for audits, and align product roadmaps with compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Accountable owner of SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001/27701 programs across multiple audits.
• Experience designing and maturing a common control framework across frameworks with clear ownership and testing.
• Hands-on FedRAMP experience (Rev5 or 20x) including NIST 800-53 controls.
• Experience planning risk-based internal audits and driving findings to remediation.
• Ability to collaborate with Product/Engineering to embed compliance into product development and roadmaps.
• Demonstrated AI-first approach to automate compliance workflows and evidence gathering.

• Own the compliance program and governance calendar, including policy reviews and vendor assessments.
• Build and maintain a single control catalog mapped across all frameworks.
• Lead internal audits and ensure policy adherence with remediation tracking.
• Set program maturity roadmap, KPIs, and quarterly reporting to leadership.
• Embed compliance checkpoints into product development and system changes.
• Scale processes with AI-driven automation for audit evidence and testing.
