Job summary
Macdillions Global Energy seeks a SAP Supply Chain & AI Automation Specialist to lead analysis, design, and delivery of intelligent supply chain solutions for energy bar manufacturing. Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with SAP batch management, FEFO, shelf-life settings, and batch where-used reports in MM/PP/QM/WM.
- Familiarity with GS1 traceability standards.
- Experience configuring SAP S/4HANA for traceability and MRP optimization.
- Experience building Copilot Studio solutions and Power Automate flows.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP traceability analysis across MM/PP/QM/WM modules.
- Map traceability data flows and document root-cause analyses.
- Configure SAP S/4HANA to resolve traceability gaps (batch classification, expiry management, goods movement).
- Improve MRP models for demand planning with shelf-life and batch constraints.
- Design and deploy Copilot Studio agents integrated with SAP via APIs.
- Create Power Automate flows for SAP data retrieval, approvals, and alerts.
- Demonstrate solutions to stakeholders and gather feedback for iterations.
