Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years consulting in healthcare ops improvement or systems integration.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience leading teams.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, MIS, Economics, IE, or Accounting.

Responsibilities

Assess provider organizations' patient access and revenue cycle capabilities.
Leverage AI to optimize revenue cycle and access functions across systems.
Design or redesign processes integrating AI and automation tools like RPA/IA.
Manage program activities, prepare engagement documents and status reports.
Conduct research, data analysis, and develop narratives for deliverables.
Lead and mentor internal teams and oversee resource management.
