Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health seeks a Quality Engineer specializing in AI & Test Automation to modernize quality practices with automation-first, engineering-integrated approaches. You will design and maintain automated test suites, validate APIs and data, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, enabling faster, safer releases for digital products and AI-enabled use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5–8+ years in quality engineering, software testing, test automation, or AI quality.
• Experience with CI/CD, Agile, DevSecOps, and modern product delivery.
• Experience with AI-enabled testing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, test plans, acceptance criteria, and quality approaches.
• Design, build, maintain, and improve automated test suites for API/UI/integration/data validation.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and delivery workflows.
• Support testing of AI-enabled experiences and evaluation datasets, scoring rubrics, and regression scenarios.
• Identify defects, perform root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
