Qualifications

Education: BS, MS or PhD in HCI/UX/Product Design or related field.
Professional Experience: at least one year designing digital products, conducting user research, or building design systems.
Design intuition: strong usability, accessibility (WCAG), user-centered design.
Analytical critique: provide high-quality feedback on UI, flows, information architecture.
Strategic thinking: balance user needs with business goals and constraints.
Communication: explain design decisions and critique AI-generated designs clearly.
Paypal account: necessary to receive payments from clients.

Responsibilities

Evaluate LLM-generated designs for usability and logical consistency.
Audit accessibility and inclusion across model outputs.
Fact-check UX principles and design patterns with psychological principles.
Annotate design logic by identifying gaps in user journeys and visual hierarchy.
Refine product requirements and ensure clarity, feasibility and user value.
