Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with Infor, is seeking a Product Manager to own the technology innovation roadmap for Warehouse Management Systems and adjacent supply chain products. You will identify AI use cases, translate them into prototypes, and work with R&D, design, marketing, and customer success to deliver solutions with measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or related role (solution consulting, implementation, business analysis, business development, sales).
• Knowledge of warehouse operations: receiving, putaway, picking, shipping, inventory management.
• Hands-on exposure to AI tools or technologies through projects, prototypes, or experiments.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and business needs to technical teams.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience delivering user experiences as part of a product management or related role.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology innovation roadmap for WMS and adjacent supply chain products.
• Identify and validate AI use cases with customers, turning ideas into prototypes and capabilities.
• Translate product vision into detailed functional requirements and user stories.
• Partner with R&D to deliver features on time with quality and usability.
• Conduct market, competitor, and user research with warehouse and supply chain practitioners.
• Monitor product performance, usage analytics, and customer feedback for iterations.
• Collaborate with Go-To-Market, architecture, and security teams for launches and regulatory alignment.
