Job summary

IBM Software is seeking a Product Manager Intern to help build AI-enabled, data-driven software products. You will work with engineering, design, and data science to define user needs and deliver valuable features across the product lifecycle.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in research, experimentation, prioritization, and stakeholder collaboration while participating in Agile ceremonies and design reviews.

Qualifications

• Understanding of product management principles and user-centered thinking.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or data workflows through coursework or projects.
• Experience with Agile practices and collaborative work environments.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate insights clearly.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support product strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritization.
• Translate technical concepts—APIs, ML models, and data flows—into clear user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and refine features.
• Use analytics and user feedback to assess product performance.
• Apply responsible and ethical AI practices.
