Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Product Designer to craft AI-enabled, user-centric experiences across Pharmacy Management, Clinical Service, and Inventory Optimization tech products. You will combine human-centered design with AI innovation to drive scalable solutions and business value.

Qualifications

Degree and 4+ years of experience in product design.
Progressive experience in product design for enterprise, SaaS, or digital experiences.
Proficiency in Figma including AI-enabled prototyping and design systems governance.
Expertise in AI-enabled product design including human-AI interaction patterns and rapid prototyping.
Ability to craft scalable design frameworks and enforce design consistency.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AI-led design for web, mobile, and channels from discovery to launch.
Translate user needs into intuitive workflows and scalable product designs.
Conduct usability research and define success metrics to inform decisions.
Define cross-portfolio design systems for consistency and accessibility.
Leverage AI tools to augment design efficiency and product delivery.
