Job summary

Radix in Scottsdale is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to shape a data-centric product platform with AI at the center. You will own design for dashboards and analytics, collaborating with Product and Engineering to deliver high-impact experiences.

You will transform dense market data into intuitive interfaces, mentor junior designers, and evolve the design system to support AI-driven patterns, while maintaining craft and speed in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing digital products in B2B or SaaS.
• Portfolio shows systems thinking, visual craft, end-to-end product design.
• Advanced Figma skills including prototyping, components, tokens, and variants.
• Strong command of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI in design.
• Clear communication with technical partners and stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex, data-heavy problems into experiences that feel intuitive, clear, and fast.
• Design AI native workflows and intelligent recommendations that earn user trust.
• Take strategic ownership of core product areas from exploration through delivery.
• Use AI tools to prototype faster and raise the quality bar without sacrificing rigor.
• Validate concepts through usability testing and product analytics.
• Evolve the design system to stay consistent and scalable, including AI-driven patterns.
• Mentor junior designers and influence design practices across Radix.
